ACCERT will ask for both, a thermal and electrical power.

Value float

The value will be put after the appropriate parameters for thermal and electric.

Unit str

The unit will have to be in watts, but it is up to the user whether it is watts, kilowatts, or megawatts. (w, kw, mw)
